The postgraduate programme at the Department of Architecture & Planning was developed with the initiation of Masters of Architecture Programme. The result of this was due to diversifying job market, enhanced demand of specialised capacity in the domains of theoretical and application spheres and development of teaching faculty in architectural theory and design pedagogy. It is worthwhile to note Department of Architecture & Planning is the only institution that is offering a postgraduate programme in the field of Architecture and Planning in the province of Sindh.
The University has launched a Master of Architecture Programme since 2010. It is open for architects with other applicable conditions. Reputed faculty members, practicing architects and foreign faculty teach and conduct courses in this programme.
For Masters of Architecture Programme, only candidates possessing a Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent degree shall be offered admission.
