The proposed programme in development studies aims to produce professionals capable in analysing the societal conditions, examining the policy environment and contextual attributes in order to position themselves for an appropriate intervention. These graduates shall also be trained to become competent staff, team members and leaders of international development organisations; national, provincial and local agencies; non-governmental organisation and corporate bodies.
